The beginnings of Bit Pixel Tech was when posting tech news daily seemed like a good idea and so began the journey of a tech focused website. Having an interest in the latest of consumer electronics proved an advantage in terms of being able to publish new and interesting articles. It soon developed into a cozy collection of news articles, product reviews and download suggestions, following a similar path to websites like The Verge and CNET.
After talking with a few suppliers and getting excited about starting a business, a subdomain “store.bitpixeltech.com” was created and a select number of products were put on sale for the world. This did not last and was eventually scrapped alongside the news section due to being unable to keep up with major tech news websites.
A good few months later on 6th June, 2018, the name “Bit Pixel Tech” was officially registered and after many months of planning, high quality BPT branded products started to be sold to the residents of Australia for an affordable price!

Marketing Designs
Photography and branding are key aspects that must be done right when developing an ecommerce store. Good branding will help the business develop the loyalty and awareness of consumers. Good product photography will display the product in a way that entices them to purchase it. It should include good detail but not too cluttered so the product remains the primary focus of the viewer.
Tech4K Studios has worked to develop a poster which displays a variety of products sold by Bit Pixel Tech into a single relatively seamless image. Although the poster did not create the desired outcome, it served as a clear indicator that “less is more” when it comes to developing clear designs.
A consistent header design has been maintained as branding for the business along with clear links to the ecommerce website. The “less is more” approach has been used the second time around and Tech4K Studios has designed a much nicer poster which more clearly displays the product and a small phrase to capture the attention of potential customers and passers-by.
Both posters make use of white space to keep the contents very easy to read.
Business Card
The business card for Bit Pixel Tech was designed by Tech4K Studios using the same font type as the website and styling which is easy to read for the recipient.
The tagline for the business is prominent alongside the business name and logo. The colours used follow the similar spectrum, keeping a very consistent look. Icons were used instead of text for contact information as it suits the modern design styles.
